Purchases made by mistake

If you purchased access to ASC Forecasts by mistake, contact us within 30 calendar days of your purchase and we’ll give you a full refund for that purchase.

The deadline applies to when you send your refund request, so you won’t lose eligibility while waiting for our reply.

After 30 days, we don’t offer refunds for purchases made by mistake under this policy. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

How to request a refund

Please use our contact page and include:

• Your name and the email address used for your purchase.
• Your order number, if you have it.
• The purchase date and a brief note explaining that the purchase was made by mistake.

We’ll confirm your refund by email. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the money in your account.

When we refund an access purchase, access provided by that purchase will end.

Having a problem?

If you have trouble accessing the forecasts, notice a payment issue or have another concern, please get in touch — even if more than 30 days have passed. We’ll look into the problem and work with you to resolve it.

The 30-day limit for mistake purchases does not prevent you from reporting a problem or exercising any legal rights you have.

Digital access and your rights

ASC Forecasts provides online access to forecasts and related information. There are no physical goods to return.

This voluntary refund policy is additional to your statutory rights. If you buy as a consumer, you may have cancellation rights for an online purchase and rights where digital content or services are faulty, not as described or not provided as agreed. Those rights may apply beyond 30 days.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes those rights. Where the law requires a refund or another remedy, we’ll provide it.
