The England forecast on this site is free to read and download, and is always the latest. Buying opens up the nine English regions and all 146 local authorities — the same indicators at your own area’s level, with the prediction intervals and the underlying figures, from the same model.
What you receive
The 2026 edition, covering every area on this site. Choose any region or local authority to see its charts and figures, and download the full data — adult social care recipients, Education, Health and Care plans, Children in Need, Disability Living Allowance and Personal Independence Payment, together with expenditure, forecast to 2035 with prediction intervals.
How to get access
What you buy stays yours — there is no expiry date. Each year’s updated forecasts are a separate purchase, so you are never charged for something you already have. If you have a question first, please get in touch.
A note on the fee
The fee covers the preparation and administration of the report. The underlying research is independent and funded by the NIHR School for Social Care Research.
